- Concrete repairs at mail house
- Repaired water-damaged siding on mail house
- Minor things done to streetlights that are still operating
- Aphids treatment

Challenges
- Irrigation system - maintenance (electricity died to some parts - looking for a battery solution)
- Streetlight system
- Snowplowing
- Looking for ways to trim costs (Example - Mowers spend a lot of time picking up dog poop before getting to mowing so we end up getting charged for dog owners who leave droppings on the boulevards.)
New Business
- Streetlights - long term solutions - feedback
- Fixing and maintaining electric lights would cost $250K+
- Do we want solar? (Take a look at the demo light prior to attending.)
- The look of the fixtures versus price?
