Annual Meeting of Owners - Tuesday, March 18

The Board encourages all owners to attend to weigh in on issues affecting all of us. We need your help in deciding the future of our aging infrastructure, including streetlights and irrigation.

Budget and Financial Statements

Accomplishments
  • Streetlight
  • Concrete repairs at mail house
  • Repaired water-damaged siding on mail house
  • Minor things done to streetlights that are still operating
  • Aphids treatment
  • Picnic

Challenges
  • Irrigation system - maintenance (electricity died to some parts - looking for a battery solution)
  • Streetlight system
  • Snowplowing
  • Looking for ways to trim costs (Example - Mowers spend a lot of time picking up dog poop before getting to mowing so we end up getting charged for dog owners who leave droppings on the boulevards.)

New Business
  • Streetlights - long term solutions - feedback 
    • Fixing and maintaining electric lights would cost $250K+
    • Do we want solar? (Take a look at the demo light prior to attending.)
    • The look of the fixtures versus price?
    • Loans?
